Yes, they’re right after studio. Yes, sometimes you’re exhausted and don’t know if you can sit and listen to someone talk for an hour and a half. It doesn’t matter. Go anyway. Or at least watch them online later.
The Chuch Lecture Series gives us a look into the professions that we have chosen by allowing us to hear the unique perspectives of practitioners with diverse backgrounds, interests and bodies of work. By going to the lectures, we engage ourselves in discourse relevant to our fields of study. We begin to close the gap between our present as students and our future as professionals.
