Inspiration for winter break : Urban Sketchers
Some of you may be traveling for the holidays, and others might simply be spending time in your hometowns. Either way, sketching is a great way to get to know your surroundings!
For a little inspiration, check out Urban Sketchers. They’re a group of 100 invited artists in 30 different countries who are “dedicated to raising the artistic, storytelling, and educational value of location drawing, promoting its practice and connecting people around the world who draw on location where they live and travel.”
Their website features diverse types of sketches, from quick figure studies to intricate watercolors.
